Winners of Best New Band 2009 (CRS Awards), dubbed a 'minor supergroup' with 'the indefinable hallmark of greatness'! (Classic Rock Magazine) and led by the stellar Anne-Marie Helder, (Kate Bush sings with Zepp), alt-rock with big riffs, choruses and screaming metal to breathy ballads.  Great rock songs, shot through with flashes of jazz, metal, funk, folk, blues  and ... er ... even eastern wailing!  Following the success of debut 'Visionary Position', the 5-piece have just finished new album 'Satellite'.  Make for the Panic Room - and lock yourself in.

Kassius played "rockaroundpock" music festival yesterday, most promising band I have seen from this area in decades.People of Pocklington blown away by a fantastic set, CD is good as well. "Must see" band before they move onto bigger things finally York has a decent band to shout about since Shed Seven.(please do not include Elliot Minor).
