Signed to PolyGram in '87, touring with The Rolling Stones, Run DMC, Bowie and Bon Jovi and releasing three hugely successful albums, Dan Reed's funk-metal-with-tunes colossus threatened to take over the world. However, a trip to India made our man hunger for more than just commercial success; and careers in writing, record company and venue ownership, and acting beckoned. After the sad death of his father in 2005, Dan once more revisited India for inspiration, relocated from Oregon to Jerusalem and has come full circle to what he does best. Ritual / Rainbow Child / Stronger Than Steel / Tiger In A Dress / I'm So Sorry / Salt of Joy / Long Way To Go / Lover - and all the rest! And now back with a full band, rather than solo, Dan is once performing, communicating, rocking ...  and to  celebrate the release of his first album in 17 years, "Coming Up For Air" (out on 24th May), Dan Reed is touring the UK with his new band featuring Tommy Denander (guitar), Rob Daiker (guitar), Robert Ikiz (drums), Bengan Jonasson (bass) and Brooke Lizotte (keyboards). The band will be performing songs from the new album as well as Dan Reed Network classics!
