Leader David Gedge's hugely influential band and mindset has paid off over the years from stubbornly refusing to play the record company game to having eighteen UK Top 40s at the same time. Alongside The Fall, Buzzcocks and Gang Of Four the defiantly indie-in-the-real-sense-of-the-word (originally from Leeds) defined an era but unlike many of that time continue to be relevant to this day, that pioneering spirit still to the fore! And here celebrating this years 21st anniversary of their classic major label debut long-player, Bizarro, played in full.

As an extra special treat you get US power-poppers The Jet Age too so get down early.

The Jet Age

'With this release the Jet Age... have decisively come into their own as purveyors of some of the brainiest, brawniest pop around, and Tischler has also hit an impressive new level as a literate, provocative songwriter... In "Love" finds Tischler & Co. at the peak of what have become rather estimable powers.'

Fred Mills, Blurt
